Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to love it.

If you don't, you can return it for up to 24 hours after delivery, provided that is RETURNABLE. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to the source address if:

  • We delivered the wrong item to you.
  • Product received in damaged condition.

All return items must have original tags and packaging; and has not been installed, used, or modified. It also needs to be under the RETURNABLE product category.

We stand by our products - if your order arrives damaged or defective, we can help right away.

A few exceptions to note:

  • Non-returnable Items. We cannot accept returns on some items such as custom, special order, or clearance. Any items that are non-returnable will be clearly marked before you place your order.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you may conveniently request replacement parts via or you may call or Whatsapp us at +917044310291 between Monday-Friday from 1000 HOURS – 1900 HOURS.

Our goal is to make buying online easy, safe and efficient.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation can be accepted within 24 hours after placing the order only if the order status reflects as PENDING.

Refund Terms

  • Within 24 hours only if the product is received as damaged or incorrect item.
  • As proof, we would require a video/photo/photographs while unboxing the product. This is to ensure that you as an esteemed customer/vendor is protected at all times.

Delivery Terms

Usual delivery is VENDORS dependent and will be mentioned clearly on the website.
